Mathew Butterworth Associates Chartered Surveyors was formed in 2006 and is based in Southport and covers much of the areas across the North West.
Mathew Butterworth is a graduate in Building Surveying and elected Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Building. Mathew has in excess of 20 years experience in both Commercial and Residential property matters.
The practice aims to provide a professional service on all property matters through personal attention and independent advice. It is also pleased to offer initial guidance free of charge and without any obligation.

Our company is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartred Surveyors (RICS) which provides assurance that our services are in accordance with the codes of conduct set out for Chartered Surveyors.
The company hold Professional Indemnity insurance to the value of £500,000 for each individual claim.
